Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Collection Support Specialist for our Rangkasbitung cluster. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of billing processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team with timely reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage, verify, and archive all documents related to the billing and collection cycle, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices, payment receipts, and adjustment entries into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as days sales outstanding (DSO), collection ratios, and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, follow up on outstanding payments, and streamline the end‑to‑end collection workflow.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) to analyze trends, identify risk accounts, and propose actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for senior management, summarizing collection performance and forecasting cash flow impacts.
- Support audit activities by providing well‑organized documentation and responding promptly to auditor inquiries.
- Continuously improve collection procedures by recommending process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major); candidates with relevant certifications are a plus.
- Age: up to 29 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, collection administration, or a related financial support role; fresh graduates with strong academic records will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modelling), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Team player who can also operate independently, showing initiative and accountability.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
