Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
- Maintain orderly and visually appealing merchandise displays, restocking shelves, and arranging promotional materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting peers.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to attract foot traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (perusahaan preference).
- Age: 18‑26 years, single, and not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Attractive personal appearance and a pleasant, approachable demeanor.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No existing contractual obligations with other companies.
- Residence near the outlet is highly preferred for punctuality and flexibility.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and POS operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Positive attitude, quick learning capability, and a willingness to adapt to changing retail trends.
