Introduction
BAYO Communications is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Account Executive – Penyelenggara Acara to join our event organization team. This role is dedicated to managing high‑profile clients from government agencies, state‑owned enterprises (BUMN), and leading private corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating long‑term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering professionally executed events that create measurable impact. The position is open to female candidates who have at least a D3/D4 education and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30, within a collaborative and professional environment that encourages growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic, long‑term relationships with key clients in the public sector, BUMN, and private industry, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to propose tailored event solutions such as product launches, promotional campaigns, client gatherings, and corporate gatherings.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, accurate quotations, and compelling presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition and project scope.
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams—including creative, production, logistics, and finance—as well as external vendors to guarantee seamless event execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively addressing any risks or changes to keep events on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Analyze post‑event performance metrics, gather client feedback, and use insights to refine future event strategies and improve service offerings.
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets and account growth objectives through upselling, cross‑selling, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all project phases using industry‑standard project management and event documentation tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution, demonstrating strong client‑handling and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (or D4) in Communication, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in an event organizer or event management company.
- Demonstrated track record handling government agencies, BUMN, and private sector clients.
- Hands‑on experience planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a strong client‑service orientation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Proficiency in drafting proposals, cost estimations, and detailed event plans.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with government and BUMN procurement processes, and experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and event documentation platforms.
