Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Manajer Accounting – Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Laporan to join our dynamic hospitality team. This full‑time position is based in our flagship beach club and operates Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The successful candidate will be a proactive female professional with at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The role offers a collaborative environment where accuracy, analytical thinking, and integrity are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Manage and record all company financial transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare, review, and validate daily sales reports generated from the POS system.
- Conduct routine cash and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification and timely payments.
- Control and document petty‑cash expenditures for daily operations.
- Compile comprehensive monthly financial statements, such as Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports.
- Monitor operational costs, specifically food and beverage cost percentages, and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Coordinate stock opname (inventory counts) together with kitchen and bar teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in processing payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to applicable accounting standards, internal procedures, and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet reporting deadlines and achieve financial targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience; experience in restaurants, hotels, or beach clubs is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and POS systems; ability to navigate Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
- Excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity with a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, thriving under target‑driven and deadline‑oriented conditions.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and spoken.
