- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Learn and apply proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate logs of room status, inventory usage, and any guest requests or special instructions.
- Support deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal turnover tasks.
- Participate in daily briefings to receive task assignments, feedback, and updates on hotel occupancy trends.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, especially in high‑traffic areas and during public health events.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests when interacting directly, answering basic inquiries, and delivering a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with other departments—front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage—to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old (flexible for fresh graduates).

- No prior professional experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus, as many guests are international.
