Introduction
SPX Express, a leading last‑mile logistics provider in Indonesia, is expanding its operations in Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. We are looking for a dynamic Hub Lead who can oversee daily hub activities, ensure timely deliveries, and drive continuous improvement across our supply‑chain network. This role is critical to maintaining the high service standards our customers expect while supporting the growth of our regional hub.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels from pickup to final customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) teams to streamline dispatches.
- Implement risk‑mitigation measures to reduce lost or damaged shipments.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and real‑time visibility.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, optimizing load planning and dock utilization.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and cost per shipment, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional operations manager to develop and execute hub improvement projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools to generate reports that support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven background in Last Mile or First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur.
