Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Label, tag, and properly stack items on designated racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the warehouse management system (WMS) in real time.
- Perform regular cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to prioritize high‑turnover SKUs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure that all aisles, loading docks, and storage zones are kept clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
- Identify and report damaged or misplaced items, initiating corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, securing cargo, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production targets and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.

- Basic proficiency with a warehouse management system or inventory software.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and navigate a bustling warehouse floor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order picking and stock placement.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow instructions and relay information clearly.
- Understanding of safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures.
