Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Produksi dan Pengendalian to join our fast‑growing food and beverage manufacturing team. This pivotal role oversees the daily production flow, ensures product quality, and coordinates the control processes that keep our operations running smoothly. The position is based at our modern plant, operating six days a week (Monday – Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates of any gender with a minimum high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Supervise a team of operators, technicians, and junior staff, providing clear instructions, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain production control systems, including inventory tracking, work‑in‑process (WIP) monitoring, and documentation of deviations.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance, and liaise with the maintenance department to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and internal quality protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication between production, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Handle urgent issues and work under pressure to resolve bottlenecks, equipment failures, or material shortages.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee suggestions and leading Kaizen activities.
- Maintain accurate shift handover logs and ensure seamless transition between work periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in food technology, industrial engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven capability to perform under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management principles, including inventory control, batch tracking, and quality assurance.
- Basic proficiency with production software, Excel, and data‑analysis tools.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules when production demands require it.
