Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, social media outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads for our portfolio of products and services.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, persuasive manner tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, updating lead status, follow‑up tasks, and sales forecasts daily.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital promotional activities, leveraging personal social‑media influence when applicable.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently tracking performance against KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generated.
- Provide post‑sale support by answering client questions, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth handover to account management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to sharpen negotiation and closing techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; degrees in Business, Marketing, or Communications are a plus.
- Age limit: Up to 28 years old.
