Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and reconcile employee salary information in the payroll system on a daily basis.
- Maintain comprehensive employee administration records, including contracts, tax documents, and benefit enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, HR, and Department Managers to gather payroll‑related data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and ad‑hoc analyses for senior management.
- Monitor deadlines for payroll processing, statutory filings, and benefit contributions, ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accrual calculations and audit support.
- Provide first‑line support for employee payroll inquiries, delivering clear and courteous explanations.
- Continuously improve data entry procedures by identifying automation opportunities and recommending best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in payroll administration or a similar HR‑admin role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive compensation data.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict processing timelines.

- Flexible to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak payroll cycles.
