As a Surveyor Penjualan dan Pengembangan Pasar, you will act as the front‑line ambassador of Riyad.id, visiting prospective clients, showcasing our product range, and converting opportunities into closed deals. The position is ideal for motivated males aged 24‑30 who have a diploma (D3/D4) and at least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customer locations, bringing carpet samples and accurately measuring mosque or hall areas to prepare precise quotations.
- Increase sales during each visit by presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward a closing decision.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; compile detailed reports for management review.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and propose strategic initiatives to capture new segments.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team, supporting continuous improvement of our carpet lines and service offerings.
- Utilize online platforms and social media to promote products, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation processes.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality for the five daily prayers and a smoke‑free lifestyle, reflecting Riyad.id’s core values.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Diploma) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: 24‑30 years old (maximum 35 years).
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 2 years in sales, customer service, or marketing; experience in the carpet, interior, or construction industry is a plus.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Competitor and market trend analysis.
- Sales coordination and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and online sales platforms.
