Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash, credit, and digital transactions, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain tidy and attractive product displays, monitor inventory levels, and assist in restocking shelves for both beauty and pharmacy items.
- Support pharmacy technicians by preparing prescription orders, verifying customer information, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Document sales, customer preferences, and service outcomes in the computer system to enable targeted follow‑up and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new product lines, health regulations, and customer service techniques.
- Uphold a professional appearance, greet customers warmly, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve sales targets and maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Adhere to the store’s operating hours (Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00) and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 22 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Honest, friendly, responsible, and disciplined attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS and inventory software.
