Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista Professional to join our vibrant coffee shop team. Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks—including espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and specialty blends—following precise recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all coffee‑making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, performing routine checks and minor troubleshooting.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, taking orders accurately, answering menu questions, and recommending beverage options based on individual preferences.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other consumables, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations and reporting shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitization of workstations, and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members, assisting during peak periods, covering breaks, and contributing to a supportive, team‑first environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and maintain accurate sales records at the point‑of‑sale system.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu innovation, store layout improvements, and promotional events to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Professional appearance with a neat and tidy personal grooming standard.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Honest, diligent, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Full‑time availability, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic barista skills or a strong willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques.
