Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and digital channels. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our sales floor and the back‑office, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, converting leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring all customer information, order details, and follow‑up actions are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while adhering to company pricing policies.
  • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to verify product availability, schedule deliveries, and resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer concerns, processing returns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives to increase average order value.
  • Maintain a professional and organized virtual workstation, including regular backup of data and proper use of the company‑issued laptop.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred. Candidates with a high school diploma are considered if they possess relevant sales experience.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or inside sales, preferably with exposure to sales administration tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM or sales management software.
  • Equipment: Personal laptop that meets company specifications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, strong negotiation abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
