We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Bar dan Restoran to join our thriving hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing.
- Prepare high‑quality espresso drinks and other coffee beverages as a certified barista, maintaining equipment cleanliness and calibration.
- Assist in kitchen prep and cooking when needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills to support the kitchen staff.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours while controlling labor costs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on service standards, food safety, and barista techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, beverages, food ingredients, and supplies; place orders and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal menus, special events, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, waste, and customer satisfaction, and propose improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0‑2 years of experience in a bar, café, or restaurant setting; prior barista experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen workflows.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; must be able to work collaboratively with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a high‑energy environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during events or peak periods.
