Introduction

We are looking for motivated and reliable motorbike couriers who can ensure that parcels reach customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, have a strong sense of responsibility, and are comfortable using navigation tools to optimize routes. As a courier, you will be the face of Shopee Xpress, representing our brand’s commitment to speed and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels on a motorbike to designated delivery addresses across Kediri and surrounding areas.
- Verify the accuracy of each order before departure and confirm successful delivery upon arrival, ensuring that items are intact and matched to the correct recipient.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of packages from the motorbike, handling items with care to prevent damage.
- Utilize Google Maps or other navigation apps to plan the most efficient routes, adjusting in real time for traffic conditions, road closures, or customer instructions.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily deliveries, including timestamps, customer signatures (where applicable), and any delivery exceptions.
- Report delivery outcomes and any incidents promptly to the operations team via the company’s courier app or designated reporting system.
- Ensure the motorbike is kept in good working order, performing basic checks on fuel, tire pressure, and overall safety before each shift.
- Provide courteous, professional, and helpful customer service during each interaction, addressing queries or concerns politely.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines to protect yourself, the public, and the parcels you carry.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid motorbike driving license and personal motorcycle in good condition.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior delivery experience required; new drivers will receive on‑the‑job training.
- Proficiency with Google Maps, Waze, or similar navigation tools.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery windows.
