Introduction

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our retail sales team as Crew Toko – Bagian Penjualan in the Rembang area. This position is based in a fixed store location where you will act as the primary point of contact for customers looking to use Home Credit financing solutions for their purchases. Responsibilities

  • Promote and explain Home Credit Indonesia’s payment and financing products to store visitors.
  • Guide customers through the application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction.
  • Utilize personal Android smartphone and social media platforms to create engaging content that raises awareness of HCI financing options.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update daily transaction logs, and report key performance metrics to store management.
  • Provide exceptional post‑sale support, answering follow‑up questions and assisting with any issues that arise during the repayment period.
  • Collaborate with the store’s merchandising team to display promotional materials and ensure product visibility aligns with brand standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with new offerings and regulatory changes.
  • Uphold the store’s visual standards, including wearing the provided uniform and displaying the company ID card at all times.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 35 years (maximum 40 years is acceptable for experienced candidates).
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Either prior sales experience or a fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in retail finance.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Own a functional Android smartphone for social media promotion and internal communications.
  • Ability to work the fixed schedule of 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday (no night shifts).
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
