Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Remedial Officer – Collection to join our growing team in Sawangan, South Jakarta (Jabodetabek Selatan). This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining the high level of professionalism and customer respect that defines our brand. The successful candidate will operate within a fast‑paced multifinance environment, applying strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to meet collection targets and support the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of the collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are performed within established deadlines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identifying high‑risk accounts and initiating appropriate remedial actions.
- Engage directly with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure commitments.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, providing clear audit trails for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk‑management teams to share insights on delinquent trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges, share best practices, and align on targets.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding common borrower concerns that could improve future loan offerings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the current posting).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services is preferred; however, strong academic performance and relevant internships can also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt recovery processes, and familiarity with multifinance business models.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement at Adira Finance office corresponding to the candidate’s domicile in the Sawangan area.
