Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Ahli Gizi Terapan (Applied Nutrition Specialist) to join our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition programs that align with corporate health objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for menu items, ensuring balanced macro‑ and micronutrient content.
- Collaborate with chefs, production managers, and quality assurance teams to integrate the Akuntansi Gizi (AKG), MSPM, and HACCP frameworks into daily operations.
- Provide expert guidance on portion control, ingredient substitution, and special dietary needs for diverse client groups.
- Prepare detailed nutrition labeling, documentation, and reports for internal audits and external regulatory bodies.
- Lead training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene practices, and nutrition best practices.
- Participate in shift rotations, ensuring continuous coverage and consistent nutritional oversight across all working hours.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging nutrition trends, scientific research, and industry standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to nutritional content, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials that highlight the nutritional quality of products and services.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: D3 or D4 in Nutrition (Gizi).
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) as a registered dietitian.
- Strong understanding of nutrition management systems, including AKG, MSPM, and HACCP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex nutritional concepts in a clear, friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Professional appearance and a commitment to representing the company positively.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and nutrition analysis software is advantageous.
