We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to spearhead client acquisition for our fast‑growing electrical solutions division in the Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) region. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B and B2C clients for electrical products, ranging from residential wiring kits to industrial power distribution systems.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, translating complex electrical specifications into clear business benefits.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, updating lead status, forecasting sales, and generating regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to shape product development and promotional strategies.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and local business networking events across NTT.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices in prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Continuously improve personal product knowledge by attending technical training sessions and staying current with electrical standards.
Requirements
- Residency in the NTT region (must be locally based to ensure rapid client visits).
- Male or female candidates, aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or Academy degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in the electrical or related technical market; a minimum of 1 year in a senior or lead sales role.
- Proficiency with smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for regional travel.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance, strong personal grooming, and the ability to represent the brand positively.
