Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Bar – Manager Operasional dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to lead our front‑of‑house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is pivotal in coordinating daily service flow, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, can work under pressure, and possesses a genuine passion for the bar industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire bar operation, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement service standards that align with brand guidelines and elevate the guest experience.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule bar staff, fostering a collaborative team culture while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor beverage preparation and presentation, guaranteeing consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and swift resolution.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to recommend menu enhancements, promotional events, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, conducting regular audits and equipment checks.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front‑desk teams to synchronize service flow during peak hours.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, waste, staffing, and operational issues for senior management review.
  • Ensure all bar activities are conducted within the stipulated work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Prior experience in bar or hospitality management (minimum 0 years, but proven expertise is highly valued).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to staff and guests.

  • Resilience under pressure, with a track record of maintaining composure during busy service periods.
  • Proficiency in drink preparation techniques and a solid understanding of beverage trends.
