Introduction

Motoris is seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Motoris Sales Canvassing – Pengembangan Pasar. This frontline role focuses on expanding our distribution network by identifying, opening, and nurturing new retail outlets (NO) across assigned territories. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates will be the face of Motoris on the ground, responsible for establishing first‑contact relationships with store owners, ensuring accurate data capture, and driving early repeat orders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic canvassing within the designated area to locate potential new outlets that have never received Motoris products.
  • Approach shop owners or managers, deliver concise product presentations, and provide brief education on product benefits and usage.
  • Negotiate initial order placements, aiming to meet daily and weekly NO (new outlet) targets set by the company.
  • Enter all outlet information—name, address, plus code, WhatsApp contact, and other relevant details—into the central CRM system with 100% accuracy.
  • Capture and upload mandatory documentation, including high‑resolution photos of the storefront, alley, WhatsApp chat screenshots, product samples (toples), brochures, and GPS location data.
  • Maintain data integrity by avoiding duplicate entries, fictional outlets, or any form of fraud.
  • Provide daily activity reports to the Supervisor or Team Leader, highlighting visits completed, new outlets opened, and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to schedule timely product deliveries to newly onboarded outlets.
  • Monitor early repeat orders, offering follow‑up support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence—pricing trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences—and relay insights to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the role).
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field sales, retail canvassing, or related sales administration.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in sales administration, data entry, and basic use of mobile applications for reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, high level of self‑motivation, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Technical Ability: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and basic computer software (Excel, CRM platforms).
  • Personal Traits: High integrity, attention to detail, resilience in a fast‑paced environment, and a customer‑first mindset.
