Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and customers with a warm, courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer inquiries about products, services, and company policies both in person and over the phone.
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service counter, display areas, and waiting zone.
- Track and report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any issues that arise to the supervisor.
- Meet or exceed predefined performance targets, such as number of served customers per shift and average handling time.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, support) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Assist in promotional activities, distribute informational materials, and support special events at the counter.
- Adhere to company policies regarding security, data privacy, and health & safety standards.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and services through regular training sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must be a native or current resident of Padang.
- Marital Status: Unmarried and not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.

- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent verbal communication and polite interaction style.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
