Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Marketing Samosir to join our growing team. Based in the vibrant region of Samosir, this role focuses on expanding market reach, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and driving sales through effective credit and distribution channel management. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of products to both existing customers and prospect new clients, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, verify information, and complete all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinate with the finance team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements they must fulfil.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional strategies, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities within the region.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or distribution role; prior experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong sales management and B2C negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
    • Proficiency in handling credit applications and documentation.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid active SIM A/C.
    • Willingness to be placed according to domicile, with travel across the Samosir area as needed.
    • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
