Responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, guaranteeing smooth service from opening to closing.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage while adhering to labor regulations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs to build a motivated, customer‑focused team.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors to maintain cost‑effective purchasing.
- Implement and enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local health authorities.
- Analyze daily sales reports, control waste, and drive initiatives that improve profit margins.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings that align with market trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular safety drills and equipment inspections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA/Sederajat).
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is preferred; fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are also considered.
- Core Skills: Food & beverage management, inventory control, budgeting, and staff development.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, strong problem‑solving aptitude, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Location: Placement in Sragen City, with occasional flexibility for events or peak periods.
