Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, customized lesson plans that align with the curriculum and each student’s learning style.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods—games, multimedia, and hands‑on activities—to make concepts in reading, writing, arithmetic, language, and other subjects enjoyable.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback sessions, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on performance, addressing concerns, and recommending additional resources.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson outcomes, and any special accommodations required for individual learners.
- Participate in periodic training workshops and peer‑review sessions to stay current with modern pedagogical techniques.
- Uphold Haya’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Education, Language, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Age limit: 27 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven tutoring or teaching experience.
- Strong ability to create enjoyable learning materials and activities.
- Proficiency in English (for English teaching positions) and basic competency in Mandarin for Mandarin roles.
- Familiarity with child‑centered teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt lessons for various age groups.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing student growth.
