Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Health Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to preserve and improve their functional mobility, support daily living activities, and assist in the recovery of bodily functions after illness or injury. Responsibilities
- Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises designed to maintain and enhance joint range of motion, muscle strength, and overall mobility.
- Develop and adapt simple activity plans for patients with mild conditions, ensuring each plan aligns with individual health goals and physician recommendations.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment—such as mats, resistance bands, and therapeutic tools—so they are clean, functional, and ready for each session.
- Monitor patient progress during sessions, documenting observations and reporting any concerns to senior therapists or medical staff.
- Provide education to patients and their families on proper body mechanics, posture, and home‑exercise programs to promote continued improvement outside the clinic.
- Participate in regular training workshops and skill‑enhancement programs (training costs are covered by the employer).
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and ensuring all equipment is stored correctly after use.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physiatrists, nurses, and occupational therapists—to create coordinated care plans.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years (maximum 40 years for certain positions).
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; all educational levels and study majors are considered.
- Strong interest in health‑care and willingness to undergo a free, employer‑provided training program.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as acupressure, stretching, and functional movement assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the flexibility to work shifts between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM as needed.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility tasks and to handle equipment safely.
