Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Guru Semua Mata Pelajaran (General Subject Teacher) to join our growing educational community in Sukoharjo. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and meet curriculum standards for multiple subjects.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress, and generate regular reports for parents and school administration.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to align instructional strategies, share resources, and coordinate interdisciplinary projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and developmental milestones.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events such as extracurricular clubs, sports activities, and community outreach programs.
- Stay current with educational trends, pedagogical research, and regional curriculum updates to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Uphold the school’s mission and values by modeling ethical behavior, honesty, and respect for cultural and religious diversity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Age range: 18 to 50 years old.

- Current university student or recent graduate is welcome; candidates with a high school (SMA) or pesantren background must have prior teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably basic English.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, reliability, and a commitment to following school policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools, educational software, and basic computer applications.
