We are seeking a dynamic Wedding Event Crew Content Specialist to join our fast‑growing events and hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with wedding planners, photographers, and venue staff to understand the client’s vision and event timeline.
- Film and photograph key moments – from pre‑ceremony preparations to the reception – ensuring footage is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Perform basic video editing, color correction, and sound balancing to produce polished highlight reels and social‑media snippets.
- Manage and organize raw footage on a shared drive, maintaining a clear naming convention and backup protocol.
- Assist in the creation of promotional assets such as behind‑the‑scenes reels, Instagram stories, and TikTok clips that showcase the team’s expertise.
- Provide on‑site technical support for lighting, audio, and equipment setup, guaranteeing seamless operation throughout the event.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with couples, families, and vendors.
- Adhere to the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and be prepared for occasional overtime during peak wedding seasons.
- Continuously propose creative ideas for content formats and storytelling techniques to keep our portfolio fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Communications, Media Production, Hospitality, or related field.
- Age: 27 years maximum; all genders are welcome.
- Strong personal presentation – a neat, attractive appearance that reflects the elegance of wedding events.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen to client needs and translate them into visual content.
- Highly responsive, collaborative, and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Disciplined, punctual, and accountable; reliability is critical for time‑sensitive events.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in hospitality or event services is a distinct advantage.
- Own a compatible mobile device (minimum iPhone 13 or equivalent) for on‑the‑go content capture.
- Basic editing proficiency using tools such as Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, or similar mobile editing apps.
- Ability to capture steady, aesthetically pleasing footage that highlights the romance and details of each wedding.
