We are seeking energetic and dependable Petugas Sortir (Sorting Staff) to join our fast‑growing operations team. Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parcels and shipments from inbound trucks and ensure they are accurately logged into the system.
- Sort packages according to destination, size, and service level using manual and automated sorting lanes.
- Inspect parcels for damage, correct labeling, and proper documentation before they move to the next stage.
- Maintain a clean and organized sorting area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Assist in loading sorted parcels onto outbound vehicles for timely delivery.
- Report any discrepancies, lost items, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, providing clear updates on workload and any pending tasks.
- Follow all company instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Support colleagues during peak periods by flexibly adapting to additional tasks such as inventory counts or equipment checks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 19 – 40 years (maximum 45 years for consideration).
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Physical fitness: Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions without fatigue.
- Health: Must be physically and mentally healthy; able to pass routine medical screening.
- Work attitude: Honest, trustworthy, and serious about job responsibilities.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately and willing to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
- Skills: Strong adaptability, good communication, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
