Introduction
Bisma Sunset Road is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventories, and maintenance schedules in the company’s tracking system.
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to prioritize work orders and meet tight deadlines.
- Provide on‑site support during emergency breakdowns, working effectively under pressure to minimize downtime.
- Ensure a clean and organized workshop, adhering to company policies on waste disposal and hazardous material handling.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting upgrades or process changes that enhance equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent technical vocational training (SMK).
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- At least 0–2 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical repair or maintenance; prior experience in a similar industrial setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, tools, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills—able to convey technical information clearly to supervisors and non‑technical staff.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility; adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
