Introduction

The Branch Sales Manager (Manajer Penjualan Cabang Utama) is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the growth of New Account Openings (NoA) and overall sales volume within the main branch of our financial services organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, the manager will lead a dynamic sales team, cultivate high‑potential market segments, and ensure seamless coordination with the credit department to deliver a superior customer experience from acquisition through loan disbursement.

This full‑time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00, and offers a vibrant work environment where ambition, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branch‑level sales strategies aimed at increasing the number of new accounts (NoA) and boosting overall sales volume.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Sales Team to consistently achieve incoming lead targets and NoA goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and open new market opportunities, establishing partnerships and referral networks that expand the branch’s customer base.
  • Coordinate closely with the Credit Team to monitor loan application progress, ensuring timely approvals and smooth hand‑over of financed assets to borrowers.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, analyze sales metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and addressing any obstacles faced by team members.
  • Participate in community outreach events and brand‑building activities to enhance the branch’s reputation and market visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven leadership experience in banking, leasing, or a related financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for client visits and branch mobility.
  • Analytical mindset for performance monitoring, sales forecasting, and problem‑solving.
