The position operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, offering a dynamic, family‑like work environment and attractive commission‑based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Visit residential complexes, commercial districts, and corporate offices to introduce MyRepublic’s fiber optic packages. Generate leads through face‑to‑face interaction and community events.
- Product Influencing: Present the unique benefits of MyRepublic’s broadband plans with enthusiasm and clarity, tailoring the pitch to the audience’s needs and avoiding monotony.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Leverage upselling opportunities to promote higher‑speed tiers, add‑on services, and bundled offers, thereby increasing personal commission.
- Relationship Building: Establish a “Circle of Trust” with each client. Provide post‑sale support, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction to foster referrals and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Record all sales activities in the CRM system, monitor competitor promotions, and relay market insights to the sales manager for strategic adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: Share successful tactics with peers, assist new teammates during onboarding, and contribute to a cooperative sales culture.
- Continuous Learning: Attend product training sessions, stay updated on industry trends, and apply new techniques to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 40 years old.
