To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled Mekanik Motor who can ensure that every bike under our care is safe, clean, and ready for the road. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre‑use and post‑use inspections, documenting any defects or wear patterns.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake adjustments, tire pressure checks, and basic engine tune‑ups.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, including clutch slippage, gear misalignment, and electrical faults.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools are properly stored and workstations are free of debris.
- Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to the supervisor or owner promptly.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs, learning advanced diagnostic techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking spare parts usage and notifying procurement when stock levels run low.
- Support the implementation of safety standards, adhering to local regulations and company policies at all times.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a motorcycle mechanic; more experience is preferred.
- Male candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, but all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of basic motorcycle systems—engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, meeting daily operational targets.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with supervisors.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Sunday) from 08:00 to 19:00.
