Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements from finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory departments.
- Configure SAP Business One modules—including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Production—to align with documented processes.
- Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and user manuals that serve as clear references for developers and end‑users.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to design customizations, reports, and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with data migration activities.
- Provide on‑site and remote support during go‑live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for end‑users, fostering confidence and effective utilization of the SAP system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP Business One releases, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Work within the standard work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, while remaining flexible for occasional project‑related overtime.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, specifically with SAP Business One.
- Demonstrated ability to configure SAP Business One modules and produce clear functional documentation.
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory management, and financial closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven teamwork orientation, with the capacity to collaborate with technical developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
