Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Organize and store inventory using the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate bin location assignments.
- Pick, pack, and label outbound orders with precision, adhering to quality control procedures and shipping schedules.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free work area in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite urgent orders.
- Prepare daily activity reports, update inventory counts, and communicate any stock shortages or damages to supervisors.
- Participate in periodic stock‑taking cycles and assist with cycle‑count verification.
- Follow strict SOPs for handling temperature‑sensitive or high‑value items, including the use of PP and MESH packaging materials supplied by the company.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement, cost reduction, and workflow optimization during regular team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years old (flexible for candidates who meet the skill set).
- Gender: Open to all genders; the current posting emphasizes female candidates but encourages diversity.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and be able to present a current CV upon application.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic; ability to work without frequent complaints.
- Highly meticulous and thorough – “tekun & teliti” – with a focus on accuracy in documentation and physical handling.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work the standard schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift moderate loads, and handle repetitive motions safely.
