Responsibilities
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guarantee consistent food safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, accurately documenting revenue, discounts, and any discrepancies.
- Inspect, maintain, and safely store restaurant equipment, reporting any malfunction or needed repairs promptly.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations, adhering to hygiene standards and local regulations.
- Deliver courteous, attentive, and personalized service to every customer, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving issues swiftly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper presentation of dishes.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays, to guarantee uninterrupted restaurant operations.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and preparing workstations for the next shift.
- Engage in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
