Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Produksi dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join our dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production line operates smoothly, that product quality meets the highest standards, and that the team works in a collaborative and disciplined environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess strong communication skills, and be ready to grow within a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, workstations, and storage areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, purchasing, and logistics teams to streamline workflow and reduce waste.
  • Document production data, generate reports on yield, downtime, and quality deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in food safety, hygiene, and efficient production techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including mandatory observance of the five daily prayers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by coordinating with the supply chain team to forecast material needs.
  • Support the development of new menu items by providing feedback on feasibility and production requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years (flexible for fresh graduates).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Strong discipline and a sense of responsibility; must observe the five daily prayers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creativity in cake making and general food preparation is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the F&B sector is preferred, but fresh graduates with a keen willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
