Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Licensed Health & Beauty Therapists to join our rapidly expanding wellness network. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide a broad spectrum of therapeutic and aesthetic services to a diverse clientele. The role is open to candidates who meet the basic educational requirement of a minimum junior high school diploma (SMP/MTS) and are eager to develop professional skills through certified training programs.
Our company operates across several major Indonesian cities and is committed to delivering high‑quality spa, massage, and beauty experiences. Successful applicants will be placed in a location outside of Yogyakarta after completing an intensive training period, giving you the opportunity to explore new markets while advancing your career.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of body and facial treatments, including reflexology, deep‑tissue massage, spa rituals, facial acupressure (totok wajah), ear therapy, and scalp massage.
- Provide beauty services such as nail art, manicures, pedicures, and basic salon procedures.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables.
- Document each client’s treatment plan, preferences, and feedback accurately in the company’s management system.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate services, and promote additional wellness packages.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, and beauty techniques through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and front‑desk staff to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional events, workshops, and in‑house training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; all educational backgrounds are welcome.
- Gender: Female (as per current operational policy).
- Age: Maximum 50 years; preferred age range up to 40 years for initial training cohort.
- No prior professional experience required – fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to attend a certified training program in Yogyakarta and subsequently relocate to an assigned out‑of‑city location.
- Basic knowledge or interest in aromatherapy, therapeutic massage, and basic beauty techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
