Introduction
The Pengemudi Eksekutif Direksi (B1) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing premium, safe, and reliable transportation services to the Board of Directors, senior executives, their families, and distinguished guests. Based in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, the Executive Driver ensures seamless travel experiences both within the city and on inter‑city assignments, reflecting the professionalism and high standards of our corporate image.
Responsibilities
- Transport the President Director, senior management, and their families to meetings, airports, hotels, and official events with punctuality and discretion.
- Pick up and drop off children, guests, and VIPs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain a pristine vehicle interior and exterior, performing daily checks, routine servicing, and coordinating repairs when needed.
- Plan routes using GPS, traffic updates, and local knowledge to optimize travel time and avoid congestion.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s safety‑driving policies, including seat‑belt usage, speed limits, and defensive driving techniques.
- Manage travel documentation such as mileage logs, fuel receipts, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the administrative team for schedule changes, meeting invitations, and special travel requests.
- Provide courteous assistance with loading and unloading luggage, as well as any other on‑site support required by executives.
- Remain on standby for after‑hours and weekend assignments, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
- Live in the company‑provided mess when on duty, ensuring readiness for early‑morning or late‑night trips.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience, including child and guest transportation.
- TIU (Tes Intelegensia Umum) score of 6 or higher.
- Valid and active SIM A, SIM C, and B1 licenses.
- Proficiency driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Deep familiarity with the Jabodetabek region and surrounding cities.
- Strong knowledge of safety‑driving concepts and competent use of GPS navigation systems.
- Personal qualities: neat, disciplined, friendly, courteous, and highly communicative.
- Physical and mental health: free from serious illnesses, non‑smoker, and does not wear glasses.
- No body piercings or tattoos.
- Willingness to work overtime and on public holidays as required.
- Readiness to reside in the company mess during assignment periods.
- Supporting documents: recent SKCK, reference letters (if available), and consent to undergo medical check‑up (MCU) and psychometric testing.
