Introduction
PT Mitra Tunggal Valasindo is seeking a reliable and professional Private Staff Driver to support the personal transportation needs of its senior executives and key personnel. This full‑time position is based in the western part of Jakarta and offers a dynamic work environment where punctuality, safety, and discretion are paramount. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, working primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for the company’s leadership.
Responsibilities
- Operate company‑provided vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan and execute daily routes for executive travel, taking into account traffic patterns, client schedules, and any special requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, regular servicing, and routine inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Manage fuel records, mileage logs, and other documentation required for compliance and reimbursement.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers, including handling luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Coordinate with the HR and logistics departments to arrange travel itineraries, airport pickups, and other time‑sensitive assignments.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times, representing the company’s image positively.
- Participate in mandatory health and safety checks, including COVID‑19 testing and vaccination verification.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, employing first‑aid knowledge and emergency protocols when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 – 40 years (maximum 40 years).
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A/B) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or personal‑driver setting.
- Residence in or near Teluk Gong, Jelambar, Cengkareng, Kapuk, or surrounding North Jakarta districts.
- Willingness to undergo COVID‑19 testing and proof of full vaccination.
- Possession of a current SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work the designated shift: Friday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 20:00.
