Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Outlet Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of our sales outlet, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while supporting overall business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with store managers, sales associates, and suppliers, acting as a reliable point of contact for operational matters and helping to drive sales performance in a fast‑moving consumer environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store management system, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment with the purchasing department.
- Provide frontline customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑organized, and aligned with promotional calendars.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, highlighting sales trends, stock levels, and any operational issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff on store policies, point‑of‑sale (POS) operation, and customer‑service standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, loyalty programs, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, conducting periodic audits and corrective actions when needed.
- Support loss‑prevention initiatives by monitoring shrinkage, conducting spot checks, and reporting suspicious activity.
- Adapt quickly to changing store demands, such as seasonal peak periods, new product launches, or unexpected staffing gaps.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, technology, and a fast‑paced retail setting.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory control and reporting.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
