Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. This role is the frontline of our store, responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory checks.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
  • Conduct regular price checks, update promotional signage, and assist in the execution of in‑store marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share sales insights, and contribute ideas for improving the customer journey.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially during peak periods and special events.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the store’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: 20 years or older.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Food & Beverage service or retail sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with store management systems.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new processes, and embrace feedback for personal growth.
