Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Pembukuan dan Pengelolaan Data Keuangan to join our finance team in Banjarmasin. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring that all financial data is organized, reliable, and readily available for decision‑making. The position is open to both male and female candidates aged 23‑35 who are ready to relocate to Banjarmasin and contribute to a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording journal entries, posting to ledgers, and maintaining subsidiary books.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to detect discrepancies early.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review and external compliance.
- Maintain and update the financial data management system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning.
- Support internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary financial information and resolve any data inconsistencies.
- Continuously improve bookkeeping procedures by staying updated on best practices and relevant regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK with a focus on Accounting or a D3 in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in bookkeeping or financial data administration.
- Age between 23 and 35 years; all genders are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, agility, and high motivation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization tools.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarmasin and relocate if currently residing elsewhere.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
