Introduction

We are a fast‑growing online retail shop (Olshop) that specializes in delivering quality products to customers across Indonesia. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a diligent Administrator Operasional Olshop who can ensure that daily processes run smoothly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and our customers receive the best possible service. Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders from the e‑commerce platform, verify payment status, and generate shipping documents.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
  • Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and promotional banners, ensuring all information is accurate and SEO‑friendly.
  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone, providing timely resolutions for order status, returns, and refunds.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports that track sales performance, order fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with the logistics partner to schedule pick‑ups, monitor delivery status, and resolve any shipping issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional campaigns, including flash sales and special discounts, by coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and e‑commerce platform guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest automation tools that can increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • Gender: Female (unmarried preferred as per company policy).
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms; must not be “gaptek”.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Organizational Ability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Integrity: Must adhere to all company rules, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required, but internships or volunteer work in administration or retail is a plus.
