Responsibilities
- Actively sell a range of internet packages (broadband, fiber optic, 4G/5G) to new prospects and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to design customized internet solutions for individual households and small‑to‑medium enterprises.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date with the latest service features, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Educate customers on the technical benefits, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of each service, highlighting differentiators such as speed, latency, and customer support.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, participation in local events, and door‑to‑door canvassing.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, leveraging visual aids and real‑world use cases to illustrate value.
- Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics in the CRM system and provide accurate forecasts to management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
