Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Pelayanan Food & Beverage to join our dynamic hospitality team. This full‑time position is based at our flagship hotel and restaurant, serving guests with the highest standards of service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hands‑on experience in a similar role, possess a solid understanding of HVAC and mechanical engineering (ME) systems as they relate to food service environments, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, taking orders, delivering meals and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of dishes, while monitoring food quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to local health regulations and internal SOPs.
- Monitor and operate HVAC and mechanical equipment in the dining area to ensure optimal temperature and ventilation, reporting any irregularities to the engineering team.
- Conduct routine inventory checks of tableware, glassware, and service supplies, and assist in ordering replacements when stock levels run low.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a solution‑focused attitude.
- Prepare and set up dining areas for special events, banquets, and private functions, following detailed event specifications.
- Complete end‑of‑shift reports, including sales totals, guest feedback, and any incidents that occurred during the shift.
- Uphold company standards for personal appearance, punctuality, and teamwork, serving as a role model for newer staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a food & beverage service role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical engineering concepts relevant to restaurant operations.
- Minimum height: 165 cm.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and relevant service certifications.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during events.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
