Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Booth Attendants to represent our brand at various exhibitions and food events. The role focuses on promoting and selling our premium sushi and kimbap products, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the booth remains clean, organized, and inviting. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, possess a strong work ethic, and enjoy interacting with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing sushi, kimbap, and related menu items.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service, answering product‑related questions and offering recommendations.
  • Maintain the booth’s cleanliness, tidiness, and visual presentation throughout the event.
  • Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Prepare and restock product displays, monitor inventory levels, and inform supervisors of replenishment needs.
  • Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the event manager.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of perishable items.
  • Support setup and teardown of the booth, including transportation of equipment and signage.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Education: Open to candidates of all educational backgrounds.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old; younger candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, with a preference for female applicants for this specific shift.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in food service, retail, or event booth operations. Male candidates with food‑industry experience are also welcomed.
  • Physical fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move quickly in a bustling environment.
  • Key personal qualities: Honest, trustworthy, diligent, agile, and serious about work commitments.
  • Residence: Candidates living nearby the event venues will be given priority.
  • Skills: Basic food preparation, customer service excellence, cash handling, and sales administration.
  • Availability: Must be able to work normal hours (09:00‑17:00), Ramadan schedule (12:00‑19:00), and event evenings (13:00‑22:00). One day off per week is provided, but weekends (Saturday‑Sunday) are generally off‑limits for work.
