Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Dental Nurse (Perawat Gigi) to join our dynamic clinical team. Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations, surgeries, and routine procedures, preparing instruments and materials in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict infection‑control protocols, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with health‑safety regulations.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment patient education, explaining oral hygiene practices and post‑operative care instructions.
- Manage patient records, update treatment notes, and ensure accurate documentation in the clinic’s electronic health system.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow, and handle phone inquiries with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Support inventory management by monitoring supplies, ordering materials, and ensuring the availability of essential dental consumables.
- Create and edit simple graphics or short video reels (e.g., patient education clips, promotional content) using basic editing tools to enhance the clinic’s online presence.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for service improvement, and attend continuing education sessions to stay current with dental care advancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Dental Nursing (Keperawatan Gigi) or a related field; candidates still completing their studies are also welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates should be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; any prior clinical exposure is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in graphic/video editing software for creating simple reels.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Availability: Willingness to work the shift schedule of 09:00‑16:00 and the regular work week of Monday‑Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Knowledge of healthcare management systems and a solid understanding of dental care procedures.
