Responsibilities

- Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality and portion control.
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofing cabinets, and decorating tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the artistic decoration of cakes and pastries, applying creative techniques while maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and internal hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to fulfill customer orders promptly and address special requests.
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn new recipes, improve baking techniques, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time for scheduled shifts, which run Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting directly with patrons, offering product knowledge and friendly assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably with a focus on culinary arts, hospitality, or tourism.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (preference based on current team composition).
- Basic experience in cake making or bakery production is required; prior work in a bakery is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and develop advanced baking and decorating skills.
- Demonstrated cleanliness, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, especially in cake decoration and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
